More of the first week in Europe

Quick review of first week:
While Tomas and Karen visited Stuttgart.  The younger and more hipster bunch went to Nuremberg for a Rock Festival called Rock Im Park.  We first toured the 1000 year old part of town with a fortress old churches and old houses.  Sophia May came to hang out with us taking the 6 hour train ride down from Frankfurt
 Our Hotel - the Gideon
Sausage appetizer, sausage soup, sausage salad, and main course of sausage.  Sophia had chicken nuggets and French Fries.

We ate Pork and Dumplings cooked four different ways.  Zer Gut!

We went to the Zepenfeld and saw some bands such as Green Day, Fun and Imagine Dragons.

No water, so you had to drink beer or apple juice.  This is not beer.

After having our water taken away at the gate twice, we figured out that you are allowed to bring in only non-plastic containers of one liter or less.  So everyone carried around tetrapak cartons with home made duct tape straps. 99.9% of concert goers smoke. There are no garbage cans so you are expected to drop empty cartons randomly when finished.

Best day of my life.   I'm so embarrassed right now
